•Packages > 20 kg or that cannot be delivered to a parcel shop: Home delivery. If the recipient is not
at home, the package will be returned to UPS /OTHER depot and delivered according to the recipient's instructions.
Regardless of the delivery method, a shipping notification will be issued in the language of the destination country to inform the recipient.
Communication during delivery:
• Prior to delivery, the recipient will receive an email stating the date and time of home delivery.
